We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services. Here is a summary of what we access or collect:

The data we access is used solely for the following purposes:

• Photo Editing & AI Filters: Your photos are processed to apply editing tools, filters, and AI-powered anime style transformations. When using AI anime features, images may be sent to a third-party AI service (Leonardo AI) for processing. These images are processed transiently and are not stored.
• Background Removal: The App uses Google ML Kit's on-device segmentation to remove or blur backgrounds. This processing happens entirely on your device.
• Advertising: We use Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID to personalize ads, subject to your consent preferences.
• App Improvement: Aggregated and anonymized crash reports and performance data help us identify and fix bugs.
• Settings Persistence: Your in-app preferences (such as dark mode and image quality) are stored locally on your device only.

We take your data security seriously. Here is how we handle your information:

• Local Storage Only: Your app preferences (dark mode, quality settings, watermark toggle) are stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device.
• Photo Processing: When using on-device features (filters, crop, adjust), all processing occurs locally. When using AI anime features, your photos are transmitted over a secure HTTPS connection to Leonardo AI's servers for processing. These images are processed transiently and are not permanently stored.
• No Personal Accounts: The App does not require registration or login. We do not maintain user accounts or databases of personal information.
• Encryption: All network communications between the App and remote services use encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.

AI Photo Pro is rated for Everyone and is not specifically designed for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

The App uses Google AdMob with the tag setTagForUnderAgeOfConsent(false). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Right to Access: You may request information about what data we process.
• Right to Deletion: Since we do not store personal data on our servers, there is no persistent data to delete. You can clear app data or uninstall the App at any time to remove all locally stored preferences.
• Right to Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You can manage your ad preferences through the consent dialog presented at first launch, or by adjusting your device's ad settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
• Right to Withdraw Consent: For users in the EEA/UK, you can withdraw your GDPR consent at any time by clearing the app data, which will trigger the consent dialog again upon next launch.
• Right to Revoke Permissions: You can revoke any granted permission (camera, storage) through your device's system settings at any time.

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no retention period applicable. All app preferences are stored locally on your device and persist until you clear the app data or uninstall the application.

Photos sent to Leonardo AI for anime-style transformations are processed in real-time and are not retained after the AI processing is complete.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
